In the equation s = intg[-5, 8] sqrt((-20sin(4t))^2 + (20cos(4t))^2 + 5^2) at around 3:40 in the video I can see that the number 20 in the equation reflects the diameter of the helix. How does one control the period of the helix? I have a helix where I know the arc length and the height of 1 rev and the Diameter and would like to define my own helix equation.
