I started self improvement at 12 (because of school bullying for being fat). I first watched your aesthetic body guide no bs. It was only time i watched you then. But when i turned 13 i subscribed you and started watching your videos. I lost a lot of weight. I went from like 35% bf to like 14%(i mean I'm like 14% rn). I was doing calisthenics. At 13 and half yo i started weighted calisthenics . At 14 i started weight lifting. Rn I'm 14 kinda depressed, but I'm still progressing. Do the hard work especially if you don't feel like doing it! 🔱

I'm 14 too and I'm on Day 40~ of Nofap, for the first time of my life. This guy is a huge W. He has almost the same mentality like me, only I am more introverted.

I am 13 and I am from germany. I had the same Problem. I was very obeese and very addicted to social media. I even discovered P"" at 8. But a year ago I wanted to change something. So I set my Alarm to 5 a.m and started to go running. I worked out had a diet and focussed on school. Back then my my grades were very bad but now everything changed. You were also helping me a lot in the last month. Right now I have a bit of a problem with lonelyness but I see it as a lesson for life.
