Great insight jerry. I see deals are getting easier to come by but factoring in many buyers are leaving the market due to interest rates will make buyers harder to come by….really makes us have to become better at focusing those deals to the people still in the market. Find the deal first->get it under contract at industry standard wholesale numbers -> sell it to a hedge fund. It's as simple as that. My only problem with this business is that it plays on people's distress in order to obtain the title to their house from them, which might not always be ethical. =/
