Expedition 56 Flight Engineers Oleg Artemyev and Sergey Prokopyev of the Russian space agency Roscosmos manually launched four small technology satellites, two Tanusha (Tanyusha-/Танюша) and two SiriusSat nanosatellites, during the extravehicular activity on 15 August 2018, at 16:43, 16:45, 16:51 and 16:56 UTC.

Seems like most of those sattelites are spinning. Won't that cause issues with how they work? What are they used for?
