You speak the truth. I poisoned my gut with so-called “heart-healthy” and “keto-friendly” artificial sweeteners for many years. My recent switching to using primarily Allulose has helped me to restore my health. I have also found that I can enjoy Monk Fruit and Black Strap Molasses without any ill effects, although I reserve their use for special recipes and not as my daily primary sweeteners.

I just made homemade strawberry ice cream using allulose.

3 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup allulose

Whip up 2 minutes. Add a cup of chopped strawberries. Freeze and enjoy.

I use it all the time.

Allulose is quickly absorbed and excreted, but isn't metabolized by the body. Because it isn't metabolized,  allulose doesn't increase insulin or blood sugar levels, isn't stored as fat and won't promote weight gain like sugar does.

Wow! This was great!
While I could immediately guess what the D and F choices would be, the ranking of the Super-C items was very educational for me. Thanks.

I had a problem with some Allulose because, unbeknownst to me, the brand I bought was made from corn instead of figs. After eating homemade cranberry sauce during the holidays, made with allulose, my doctor 'read me the riot act' because a blood test showed my liver enzymes highly elevated (we were trying to resolve my fatty liver). You may put stevia down on your list, but I haven't found anything yet, except for liquid stevia, that won't raise my liver enzymes. Sticking with stevia.

I started using a monk fruit and allulose blend for baking; works like a charm. However, I'm not giving up Stevia for my coffee.

Thank you. This is just what I needed to know. I may not need to give up coffee now!

Started using Stevia thanks to Dr. G. However, I started having negative reaction to it and gave it up. Now using Monk fruit as a sweetner.

Allulose is trending now. We will see what they say later.

Most commercially available allulose is synthetically made from corn

As a diabetic that wears a CGM 24/7 I can confidently say that Allulose definitely lowers my blood sugar.

Monk fruit extract is my hero! It’s extremely expensive until you realize how strong it is and it lasts forever
