Thank You for putting this video.. I am new to workers comp.& Having a hard time understanding how everything works.. I only received 1 noticed from the insurance stating what I would be receiving.. I got injured in February 2020 bad tbone car accident..as an independent delivery driver for a mom & Pop pharmacy ..unfortunally I ended up with multiple injuries ..I never received a notification that my TD would be ending & my permanent benefits would begin.. from May if 2020 I received 1 big check $2000 more or less after that.. I received $560.00 twice a month.. my last check was April 14, 2023.. only noticed that I received was that they were stopping.. they felt they have paid me enough. i got a copy of all the checks..so only 2 notices..one for how much I would be receiving & one for ending..same pay for the past 3 years $560.00.. & my lawyer is not keeping me informed..

Very helpful.. officially 3% permanently disabled and the doctor wrote that 30% of that is not work related. So my total amount will get a cut. But I’m happy to know this is not a number that my job’s insurance can mess with. 🙏
