Excellent! Back in the early eighties we used to get good LSD on blotter paper that was stamped with these Japanese clan symbols. Food for thought. The background animation and music are beautifully done. Thank you.

The Mujen Motors was founded by Honda Motors' then President. If you didn't know this too was the Honda family of this video. That means Honda Motors and Mugen are both run by Japanese Nobles and Samurai descendants.

Fun Fact, at 5:49 when showing the five Fujiwara families, one of them shown, the Konoe branch was also influential in Japanese history as one member, Konoe Fumimaro was the Prime Minister of Japan that oversaw the Japanese invasion of China in 1937 and the signing of the Tripartite Pact with Germany and Italy in 1940. His office was followed by the infamous Tojo Hideki. He would commit suicide following the end of the Second World War to avoid being put on trial for war crimes.
Additionally, he was the grandfather of Morihiro Hosokawa, the former Prime Minister mentioned in the video.

The ancestors of the Date clan can be traced back to the Fujiwara, a noble family 1, 400 years ago.
The Oda clan's ancestors were the Inbe clan, a family of shrine priests

During the Edo era, the Hosokawa clan was a "tozama" ("stranger" to the Tokugawa clan) daimyo, not a "fudai" ("multi-generational retainer") as you had claimed.

Impressive! Can you tell us something more about the Takeda and Toronaga Clans, if they still exist? Takeda had a downturn soon after the death of Shingen, but still...
