Saw this exact trim in San Diego Auto Show today, it was a prototype and didn't allow us to get in. From outside it looks nice

for all those complaining about the cost of this "midsize truck" the dimensions of this truck are what we used to drive "full size" trucks from not to long ago. cost of everything across the board has gone up. this is also a fully boxed frame now and a much more capable truck than the 3rd gen. the v6 is great but Toyota knows how to make a turbo 4 cylinder better than anyone else in my opinion. the way this is going to drive is going to be miles better than a used low milage 3rd gen. For me all of these upgrades and improvements in manufacturing processes makes it worth 50k rather than 38k what we used to pay for a TRD OR Trim model

Really love the new Tacoma with 2400 watt inverter in the iforcemax.

Hopefully we will be seeing the reveal of the new 2025 4Runner soon!🎉🎉

that camera system would be great on more cars like the crown. I'm seeing a lot of ppl grinding the front of their bumpers along the sidewalk when they park in my town. Usually they're on the beginning or end of their driving lifestyles but would definitely help the rest of us get accustomed to new cars as well.

This would look nice hauling a fishing kayak to the lake 👍

@TheTopher which truck did you like driving better overall? The Colorado ZR2? Or the Tacoma Trd Off Road? Which one was more refined? Handled better? More fun to drive etc.?

I have a friend who ordered a 2024 TRD Pro Quad with the standard 2.4L and the Premium Package. Freaking $53, 695 MSRP. No freaking way.

This trim would interest me more if it was offered in an access cab.

Chris, Every body-on-frame pickup and SUV should provide a locking rear diff.

Nice. Next up can you please do the limited trim level?

It looks great but you can fully load a Chevy Colorado Trail Boss for 10k less and it’s basically the same truck. Plus, you get rear AC vents for passengers on the Chevy. I’ll stick with my first gen Taco for now.

Did someone take the bottom of their foot to the front quarter panel at the front doors? It looks dented and warped with the reflections and when I saw one at an auto show.

All this technology is pretty cool but part of me feels that it almost takes away some of the fun and skill of off-roading. Also I’d be hard pressed to do any serious off-roading in my brand new $50-$60k pickup truck, but that’s just the poorness in me lol.
