Good to know that you are as vulnerable as the rest of us to triggers which provoke an inappropriate initial response!!!
Love your videos x

You're easy to understand and relate to. In the angst of today's world you spread the light of positivity. I love your channel. #ProofPositive

Hi quick question. Should "the trigger" be avoided till the old unfinished business is fixed eg as in your video, if you would have to wait 1 month till you be able go outside and scream, what would you do in mean time if the kids were screaming everyday outside your window? Thanks

Which would you prefer, to hear screaming kids or be totally deaf forever? I can deal most unwanted noises by asking that type of question.

I highly appreciate your work, it is inspiring and effective. However, I am here to spread the word of knowledge. Have you read "How to be a 3% man" by Corey Wayne? That book changed my life and as a man like yourself, I think you would gain a lot from it.

Triggered = set off. Think triggering the alarm. Not like pulling the trigger on a gun. It isn't a new usage of the term actually, it's just experiencing a resurgence in use lately with the trolling on social media. If you use the term to describe your own response, it's only going to fees the negative emotions most of us associate with the term. Trolls own the term right now. If you think you're the smartest guy in the room, you are a trolls wet dream. They will trigger you. If you stop caring about pissing contests and want to save face, just stop feeding the people who crave your reaction. It's that simple. When they don't get the reaction they wanted out of you, eventually they get bored and "triggered" into acting the fool. It's a reverse trigger, if you will. They look foolish and immature and you "win". Egos can be pesky things. Don't let yours leave you the triggered source of joy for the trolls to gloat over while you stew. Peace and remember: If you're triggered, you lost already.
