Excuse maam sa #2 po feel ko 8:50 ang sagot😅 .. becuz the the time the messenger left is 8:30 then along the way he rested 10 minutes so 8:30 - 10 mins. = 8:20 .. then the messenger can travel 20kph then the messenger sent to pick up the letter 10km away, so in 20kph = 60mins. - 30mins. = 30mins. Minus becuz he will be arrived in 30 mins. Only so my final answer is 8:20 + 30mins. = 8:50 pls do correct me if im wrong😅
