You never show your face my brother. I call my brother because any man that helps is my Brother. Any woman that helps me is my SISTER. From heart to heart. From human being to human being. THANK YOU MY BROTHER. I watch all your videos and you are EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!!

Hello people, those who are new and are trying to learn but cannot get it, I have simplied this for you:

Calculating the Distance
If you know the speed(s) and time(t), you can find the distance traveled using the formula
D = st

Ex:
if a car travels at a speed of 60 km/h. For 2 hours, the distanced traveled is:

D = 60 * 2
D = 120

Calculating Speed
If you know the distance (D) and the time (t), you can find the speed using the formula
s = D/t

Ex:
If a cyclist travels 80 km in 4 hours, the speed is:
s = 80/4
s = 20km/h

Calculating Time
If you know the distance (d) and the speed(s), you can find the time using the formula t = D/s

Ex:
If a person walks at a speed of 5m/s and covers a distance of 100 meters, the time taken is:

t = 100 / 5
t = 20 seconds

Why don't we try answering one of the questions in the video?

89) Lauren and Ricky are driving toward each other at a rate of 40 mph and 50 mph respectively. If they are currently 360 miles apart, how many hours will it take for them to pass each other?

To calculate the time, all we need is the speed or velocity and the distance, then we can apply the formula T = D/s

T = 360 / 40 + 60
T = 360 / 90
T = 4

you made 89 unnecessarily difficult
laurel's distance in 1 hr + ricky's distance in 1 hr = 90
90/ 360 = 4
it is more simple

Question: can you apply this to a business when it comes to projecting how long it would take to reach a certain amount of sales???... or apply this to any goal someone is trying to reach?? Just curious?

Hello sir, the last question you added rate/velocity. Those were not distance which ought to be equal.

Why divide 90 & 360 by 10? Why 10? Why not 20 or any other number ? How you got to conclude 10 was the best choice ? 😵‍💫
