I’m so glad this was brought up. I was starting to think I was going nuts or had some serious illness or even ms. I have constant crawling sensations in my private area. I can actually feel my chakra spinning 👇 down there. It’s been going on for over a year and I can feel it the most when I lie down or sit. This feeling is always there. It’s like a fluttering feeling ...swirling energy like an energy vortex. I don’t know how to make it rise...do y think it’s clearing out this root chakra because of things I need to purge or release???? I have not heard much or nobody brings up this symptom... I only hear about energy moving up in spine. Maybe people are afraid of saying they are feeling this. I’m so glad that I’m not the only I also read this symptom on one other website regarding Kundalini awakening and if I never read it I think I would take myself to the ER real quick...how embarrassing would that be....I mentioned this to my doctor and she looked weirdly at me and said it was all in my head or stress related as she said my Pap smear was ok...I even had an internal check up with a camera going up there and they said they could not see anything but Found some fibroids however my dr said the fibroids do not cause this type of feeling in the genitals....I figured it had to be kundalini because I’m experiencing more and more synchronicities daily and I see shapes and colours while I meditate and when I close my eyes at bed time. This symptom should be addressed more because I’m sure many woman are very worried and terrified by it or think they have cancer or some other serious illness

Hello, what lovely energy you have! A joy to behold. I had a partial k awakening just over 20 yrs ago now. I shared my home with a couple from California, who had come to the UK to give a talk. The lady, was going through a rapid and full progression of her K. Being around her for a few days got my k moving. She and her husband became close friends of mine. She once told me that for men with k awakening ejaculating can be devastating. There is quite a lot of research to show how orgasm sends you on a dopamine roller coaster ride and full recovery can be up to 1 to 2 weeks. Hi everyone, so I have been meditating consistently for the last 4 years and discovering myself, my purpose and my divine connection more and better. I started having surges of energy in my sacral Chakra and it rises up to my crown and when it gets to my crown I become weak physically and I feel like a need to touch something or someone because I feel like I'm losing my physicality. It happens at the most random times. I am a singer by purpose and when it happens on stage it is much. It happens in my shower.... Or during my sleep. It comes with physical discomfort but such a beautiful spiritual feeling. I can feel the energy of others so much more profoundly than u usually do. I am also very emotional. I become weary for a short period of time and then extremely open, divinely aware and excited about life. I am really wanted to address the energy surges as it brings physical discomfort. I just want to understand it more or even embrace it more. Any guidance will be so appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

I feel it everywhere, especially in my third eye and crown....feels like someone is giving my whole head this energetic "squeeze" with vibration all day. Hasn't left me in almost 3yrs, and on & off since I was a teenager. And when I engage my Guides and Angels, they squeeze me even harder. But, it isn't painful, it feels like Love, pure love.

I said this before here. But I would like to say thank you again. Because this is a moment of self awareness for me. This is paradigm shift for me. Maybe I am ready to hear this, but alots changed in my life now that someone has put into words that I was experiencing in the last few weeks.
It is important to have to energy rise to the crown, going up.
This is something that the hard Sciences in college that they cannot, identify or explain but it's so essential to life itself.

Interestingly, it was after an intense and unexpected kundalini awakening that I was able to shut down a very long and very problematic m*sturbation addiction. And I mean, just turn it off, like a light switch.

It's just one of many bizarre and unforeseen physical and systematic effects that this metamorphosis has had on me, but probably one of the biggest that I can tell so far. And I am LOVING it! To feel free from those chains is so liberating.
