Sometimes articulating your needs can be difficult.
This may be because you are not clear on exactly what those needs are. It may also be because asking for what you need from others may feel uncomfortable or may not be well-received.
But when it comes down to it, we must take personal responsibility for articulating our needs to others because we can't assume other people know exactly what they are.
So, in the spirit of self-advocacy, this week's practice will support you in getting a bit more clear about what it is you need, and then the invitation is for you to mindfully express those needs to whomever needs to hear it.
