Everyone’s arguing with this list but it was made by the people that actually have to face these pitches

Jordan Hicks at age 22 has one of the best pitches in the MLB. He gets that walk rate down and he'll be untouchable

Sale's slider reminds me of the big units slider, that shit looks like it's coming from 1st base😲

Surprising to not see Kershaw's 12-6.

Honorable mention: Arodis Chapman fastball and Clayton Kershaw 12-6 curve

It's honestly very impressive how degrom and hader can take a fastball and make it such a dominant pitch

one of the coolest lists MLB has ever done

Degroms fastball keeps getting better and better. 98 and 97 in this video but last week he was hitting 101 in the 9th. Insane how as he ages into his 30s he keeps adding velocity I can't think of anyone else ever who can say the same.

Snell’s Curve Ball looks like a mlbshow pitch

Great editing. Really emphasized the velocity behind these fastballs, which in turn makes the breaking stuff that much more impressive. All too often there's an overuse of slow motion by sports producers. While that does a good job of showcasing some aspects, we really do lose all grasp of speed and movement in real-time. Ninety-five plus is just stupid fast. Again. Great editing.

You know this is an aging list when Craig Krumble is top 5 😂

I love the sound of the catcher's glove popping when he catches that heat

It’s amazing what these pitchers are able to do with the ball. Hitters have a few milliseconds to decide where to swing and the break these guys can get is crazy. The well disguised off speed pitch is underrated.

IMHO Ottavino's slider deserves more. By the way, this is a nice compilation of beautiful pitches.

2:01 when the pitch is so good and you can't even decide what is that pitch....

The fact that Sale cross-fires his slider from such a deadly angle is lethal for lefties
