Just picked up my new module today. Thanks for the video showing a simple process to replace it

There is a smaller rectangler plastic housing that retains the push key and reverse safety button (triangle), it broke on my Cub. It too is held in with tabs and the ones on the right side snapped off and the mower wouldn't stay running. How did they break is a mystery since I never knew this smaller housing was removable however, it is not a purchasable item and I refuse to pay $150. Your excellent video will allow me to find a solution. Thank you!

Is the voltage across the wires supposed to be the same as the battery voltage? I’m getting around 9 Volts when testing. Thank you for your video!

If it's my switch could it still turn the motor of but make the motor not have spark?

Ive got power to my switch the hours and battery display and the reverse blade button works. But it won't start. Im Trying to figure out if its the switch or starter solenoid or whats going on. Its like sometimes it starts fine. Then it won't.

Just replaced mine. My problem was the PTO clutch wouldn't engage. This fragile module controls everything why couldn't they atleast keep a lawnmower simple. But I do have a spare pto clutch, safety switches and pto switch now.😂

There is actually a way to bypass it without having to buy a new module for $150. Put a push button connected to the wires that go to solenoid. Push the button down and press start key.
