I instantly saw 4 well known brands in your toolkit. Don't be to modest. Those are your tools that brings the food on the table

Cleaning your tools, very nice.
I did the same thing last week after my cat decided to use my tool bag as a toilet. The cleanup was a bit more involved than just a blow down.

Those 90 degree bends aren't really 90 degrees. They are smooth curves so there is no issue. Also, the frequency of the AC voltage is very low, 50 or 60Hz so there's no way it will start behaving as an antenna.

Not well known
>wiha
>knipex
>wera?

Ok bud lol. Those are good tools

As long as the radius of the bend is equal to or greater than that required by code it's not a problem. For small wires like what is used in this video the radius of a finger is larger than required.

Technically, people who tell you not to bend wires are right in a way, that it will increase impedance, make wire weaker etc.
The same way I could say that if you pour the concrete you will not have flat surface because of curvature of the Earth.

Simple tools... Pb swiss lol
You are great and your tools are great as well

Knipex is well known in EU I think. Best Brand for clippers by my opinion

Muy buena calidad ese trabajo de conexión todo doblado y conectado muy bien

For the impedance: only in high frequency can cause issues in grid frequency of 50 or 60 Hz you don't have issues at all!! regardless of my profession, which i'm a refrigeration technician, I know enough about the electrical field because im going to school to learn more about it!!! Is mandatory for my work!!!

Knipex and Wiha are great tools, I’ve dumped Klein for Knipex

Knipex pliers and Schneider Electric breakers “no well known western brands”

PS: it’s not the 90 degree bends that cause it to heat up (or rather, to be less able to dissipate the heat generated by the usage), it’s the tight bundling. That’s very nice and neat-looking but it’s functionally less good than a more higgledy-piggledy all around setup.

In the case of thick stranded wire it is correct
Thin stranded wires are ok

Simple enough, there is a section in the code book about the bending radius of certain wire. Follow that, and you are good to go. So, TECHNICALLY, you might maybe be against code; REALISTICALLY, it's perfectly find what you did

Repeat bending is really where the problem lies. If you need to bend a wire in the same spot again, it's time to replace that wire.

Technically, yes, there is an impedance bump and all the results of that but at the frequencies involved, even on short circuits, it makes no effective difference to have a radius of the size shown for the wire size.

If this was lightning protection you wouldn't do it of course.

The impedendance on 90° bends is so negletable that I would worry more about the use of electrical tape inside distribution boxes -.-

R=constant L\A
Area and length both does not affect due to bend❤

How come I dont see any brand like Sino or panasonic for the CBs? These are the popular brands in Vietnam
