Joe Biden to be sworn in as US President in inauguration ceremony with no crowds but flags

Joe Biden is set to be sworn in today as the 46th President of the United States, as Kamala Harris is becoming Vice-President, taking the reins of a country divided after four years of Donald Trump. Biden is expected to take a different approach to Donald Trump from day 1, after a scaled-down inauguration ceremony, as FRANCE 24’s Kethevane Gorjestani reports from Washington.
