An option could be to leave a down sleeping bag to air out and loft - if the weather allows for it - and pack it last after all other packing is done.

That coffee does sound guud, but I am currently hooked on Korean Maxim brand. Far less expensive but quite tasty, cream/sugar included and very affordable, 100pk for $18 or 20pk for $8.

What bag do you use for your "dirty" water? I'm using a Sawyer filter, but haven't found a convenient "dirty" container.

The best morning packing up advice I ever heard came from Early Riser: Pick a big rock or a stump. Every single item you set down MUST be touching the rock/stump OR be placed inside your pack. That way you won't accidentally set something down in an odd spot and forget it. Works awesome.
