Biden did call Kemp on the evening of 29th confirmed by Kemp (24 hours after Helene hit the region). Trump's remarks about Biden were the next morning on the 30th in south Georgia. Biden was just going through the motions while Trump was taking action at great risk to himself to help others. I'm sorry but Kemp needs to grow a pair and let the media know that the call from Biden was 12 hours too late.
