I don't get how the NY Time and LA Times can with integrity call her a "moderate" and "centrist" in their headlines and articles now that the story broke of her being VP candidate. She is not a moderate. GovTrack (an independent source that just goes by data) scored her as the most liberal US Senator in 2019 for example. She voted the most partisan than every other Senator. Her support for the Green New Deal during the primaries is another example that she is far from moderate. I don't mind if she is far-left and if people want to vote for her because of that, but what I do mind is when the media manipulates and creates a false narrative for the public. I'm a moderate swing voter and while political labels can sometimes be somewhat subjective, she's not a moderate even in the grey areas. I think Biden is pretty moderate. That's fine that she's not a moderate, but the dishonesty of the media is appalling. Politicians on both sides of the aisle do a good job at lying on their own. The media should be there to tell the facts instead of blinding people with their particular agenda. Then people are better informed and equipped to make a vote accordingly.
