Hi Soren. I just wanted to let you and the system know; thanks to this channel, since Chloe started it, I finally after 44 years started theraphy last year due to beeing the child of a parent with severe mental illnesses and certainly at least 2 clear diagnoses. Im FINALLY getting the toolkit *I* needed all my adult life to function properly and I can never thank you all for giving me the confidence to actually ask for help.
