How accurate is this? The approximation you are using uses sqrt(3)/2 = 0.86603... but the actual regular heptagon uses 2*sin(pi/7) which is 0.86777...
EDIT:
"The regular heptagon is not constructible with compass and straightedge."
So there you go. A regular heptagon is not construcible using compass and straightedge.
