actual reason ye hai ki sea me excessive vapour, humidity, sweat and salt ke wazah se kapde rang chodne lag jaate hain, koi bhi colour ka uniform ho bahut hi jaldi bhadda dikhne lagta hai, magar white cloths me colouring nahi hone ke kaaran iska colour me discolouring nahi aata hai

White uniforms thus help in identification to provide search and rescue. In the dark, the white uniform is easily recognizable and in the light, it can be seen from afar in the blue background of the sea. White color is a great reflector of heat and thus keeps out the sun's wrath.
