Music production is one of the most CPU-intensive tasks people do on computers today. Why is music production so demanding on your CPU? This is because music production relies on real-time processing, which is very difficult for a CPU to do. If you make huge projects in FL Studio, Ableton, or any other DAW, you'll need pretty powerful hardware in order to run it. The CPU is extremely important for a music production computer, and I will also show you what's is best for music production between Intel and AMD right now.

Nice video! Thanks! It may be outside the scope of the video (and reason for a follow up), but, I think the audio interface's drivers when it comes to latency is EXTREMELY important. Take a look at RME, who still use USB 2.0 for a large part of their portfolio, because their driver team is so advanced. Compare it with UAD's drivers team (for example). Both on internet forums, and IRL experience will reveal a HUGE difference, especially when you're considering plugins. It would be good to test monitoring, recording, and mixing experiences with CPU hogs like Omnisphere and Waves Hverb. Run some large sampling libraries to stress test the memory kits and SSD brands. Overall, great job. Just thought these extra real life tests would take your recommendation videos to top notch.
