Welcome to our channel, where today we uncover the secrets of stevia, the natural sweetener that has taken the world by storm. Today, we dive deep into everything you need to know about this remarkable plant.

Stevia, scientifically known as Stevia rebaudiana, is a herbaceous plant native to South America. Its leaves contain sweet compounds called steviol glycosides, which provide a potent, calorie-free sweetness.

One of the most significant advantages of stevia is its intense sweetness without the added calories or impact on blood sugar levels. This makes it a popular choice for those seeking a healthier alternative to traditional sugar.

Stevia has been used for centuries by indigenous cultures for its sweetening properties and medicinal benefits. It gained worldwide attention as a natural sweetener in recent years, especially as the demand for healthier sugar substitutes increased.

Unlike artificial sweeteners, stevia is derived from a plant source and undergoes minimal processing. This makes it an appealing choice for individuals looking to reduce their consumption of artificial additives and chemicals.

Stevia can be found in various forms, including powdered stevia extract, liquid stevia drops, and stevia-based sweeteners. These products can be used in a wide range of recipes, from beverages and desserts to baked goods and sauces.

Aside from its sweetening capabilities, stevia has also been associated with potential health benefits. Some studies suggest that it may help in managing blood sugar levels, supporting weight management, and even acting as an antioxidant.

When using stevia as a sugar substitute, it's essential to remember that it is significantly sweeter than sugar. It is advisable to start with small quantities and adjust according to personal preference.

While stevia is generally recognized as safe for most people, it's always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional, especially for individuals with specific health conditions or concerns.

In conclusion, stevia is a natural sweetener that provides a healthier alternative to traditional sugar. Its intense sweetness, low calorie content, and potential health benefits have made it a popular choice among health-conscious individuals.

In studies on female animals, Stevia was shown to reduce fertility by 57-79%, similar to the results on male studies. The effects on female infertility lasted for months after intake of Stevia was ceased. Stevia has this contraceptive effect as it impacts your hormones and hormone receptors on cells. The contraceptive properties of Stevia have been known for a long time - with early studies in 1968 showing this. Native tribes have traditionally used Stevia for centuries for its contraceptive purposes!

I was able to lose weight using this before and presently still.

There wasn't any good studies against this at the time when I had access to people.

I notice however that if I consumer too much, it starts to make the food I am eating turn bitter and then I don't desire anything with stevia in it anymore for a certain time.

Coffee is great with it up to a point. It becomes less and less.

If i make a treat like a mouse made with Cream, stevia, cocoa, coffee crystals...a few bits are good until it becomes too much.

I wonder the mechanism inside.
