I own volvo v40 and g30 530d. Recently, i took a test drive of xc40 ev and m340i wanting a upgrade from v40...the ev has 0 lag and its acceleration is crazy fast.i wouldn't be surprised if it beats the bimmer in a drag.

I did drive my friends C40 recharge long distances in Kerala. great car. the music system is awsome but some features do miss a lot at that price point. The back seat experience is very bad for tall people and even short people do find it very uncomfortable due to its high upright position and long runs in the back is not recomendable. the driving experience is superb and volvo active safety features is also very good. the high ground clearance do give a confident drie on uneven road patches and also the range is around 400 -450 km s on 90% charge. i hope they include features like ventilated seats which is a bug miss in this 70 lakh on road price vehicle.
