People don't realize that the more drama we bring into our life, we are programming our mind to anchor things together--like love with drama, or friendships with fighting. What should be happy gets intertwined with hurt, and painful excitement. The subconscious is taking ALL THAT in and building up patterns when we do that...and I would almost that at some point, all the built up WILL cause trouble down the road. Drama and turmoil are good for TV ratings but oh the long term affects on our mind and body are not.

The producers have made the show be about drama, I would say to ppl don't go on it if you are not up for the drama. It's wrong to pinpoint viewers who watch for the drama. If you can't take the heat stay off the show. PS I loved Becca's season that's when I started watching.
