I was always sceptical about the theory of "Silver Price manipulation by Banks" but I am convinced it is a very plausible!

Enough paper money can control the settlement price of certain futures for a time as long as there is no delivery request... It was my real life experience as a futures broker dealing with a small exchange. My client's delivery request turned his huge paper loss into a modest gain after negotiation. It was a victory of Industrialist vs speculator.

On the international stage, with such enormous scale of silver market, the crushing of manipulated shorting by draining the vaults practice can be spectacular!
