Hey Kelly! Just discovered what you do. You seem to be doing great stuff :-) Listen, I am a triathlete and since my hamstrings get so tight from all these hours sitting at my desk, I decided to shift to a standing desk. At first, I loved it but after one week, I realised that my legs were just heavy all the time and I couldn't recover well. I have now been back sitting at my desk for 4-5 days and my legs are back to square one: tight hamstrings but at least I can recover and train well. Do you know of anything I could try rather than just a plain chair? There must be something better. Thanks a lot Kelly.

It looks like the keyboard is in a reasonable position but the screen is waaaay too low so you'd put a huge load on your neck as you stoop to peer into the screen.

Do you find it a problem with your laptop that the screen and keyboard are too close - causing neck craning?

Kelly, thx, great video, but you’re not addressing your cervical spine. In this video your head is totally looking downward putting stress on the posterior neck muscles. Can you please speak to this brother? Over a period of time, the head is naturally going to come forward since you are looking downward.
