When I saw the Doors live, at the University of Michigan, on Oct 20th, 1967, they played the entire Light My Fire album from top to bottom, without a break. After the concert was over (it was homecoming for all of us letter winners) we didn't even see Jim and the band leave the stage. 10 or so minutes later, we asked ourselves " What the hell just happened ". The Doors mesmerized and hypnotized us for 10 minutes AFTER they had already gone. That, to me, is what The Doors did...to everyone. Rest in Peace, Mr.Jim Morrison. You were one of a kind. ❤
