The sucky part about that is, if there are members of the electoral college that choose to vote outside of what the popular vote says, that vote still counts.

Electorial is basically Congress. They vote like we do, but theirs matters.

Congress is the House of Representatives and the Senate combined.

Only 33 States require the electoral college to copy the popular vote of their State. That is how the uniparty decides who wins. One person One vote would be fairer.
