I think the red planet is really going to surprise us in the next few years. Thank you everyone who worked to get this tech on Mars.

There is a plethora of channels simply posting images. You take the extra step of providing context and background of this mission that adds to my fund of knowledge. Thanks much for your efforts.

Every night before bed I watch Anton. Sometimes the algorithm doesn’t put him in my feed and I panic but never fear because this wonderful person always has a new wonderful video. Best YouTube channel!

Fingers crossed the drone will not fail. We need one of those up on places like Titan too, no?

It would have been nice to have a scale on those pictures.
I wrote this after the first few pics, it was nice to get what I wanted.

Maaz, which in Navajo language means Mars. Also means Mars in Boston language too!

NASA guy, pointing out stuff, "And there's the parachute. And there's the heat shield. And there are the Martians. And... oh crap, forgot to Photoshop that out."

To think that to this very day there remains 1 living person who was born the same year as the Wright Brothers 1903 Flight (Kane Tanaka) and she will likely get to see the April 8 Martian Flight.

3:12 I just LOVE the "history of the world" (from solar system formation to human rocket development) shown on the calibration dial in just seven easy images. Wicked clever!

I think its absolutely amazing they named the landing site after Octavia Butler. What an amazing and transcendent person to name it after.
