This is a good one. Feels awkward for me though on the pull, my elbow/knee positioning. Maybe I need a wider stance?

You’ve mentioned before that barbell exercises can be good, the main issue is that they’re hard to get access to. What barbell exercises would you recommend? Because I know you’ve mentioned that bench press is dangerous for shouders

I've been using a 35lb kettlebell since 2020 December am I ready to go up to double the weight or should I get a 55-pound instead? I ask because even though I should probably go up in increments I have tried a 70-pound 275 lb kettlebell and it wasn't all too hard also have 15 pound kettlebells. So then my increments will be 15 35 and 70 to 75 lb. I also wish I had a barbell but for now that's 70 lb kettlebell does steel in sound amazing.
