To be very honest. There are so many recording angles shown, except the ones that should be shown during the Euro2024.

In this particular case the side and back clearly shows Dumfries stood at a distance of 1-2m at an angle of -45 from Maignan. Meaning he was neither blocking or obstructing vision. Additionally Maignan didn’t even bother trying because he was basically still standing up from the first shot.

As a Dutchman, the offside Dutch player was inside the keepers 5m box and close to him, obstructing him to make the dive/save. Therefore the referee was right according to the rules. Ofcourse keeper would not have been able to stop the ball.
