Thank you sir. I'm finally free from my past agony. Although after being lost for twenty years, I'm still a dreamer, writer, actor, and filmmaker.
Even though all my friends except 2 are all gone. My family is dead except for a few.
I'm finally a warrior at 32.
I know I'm a man because I've never been more lonely because I don't have the 1 thing I need. I still believe in hope and love.
Life and people tried to kill my dream.
I'm the last penguin flying.

Thank you Cole for inspiring me to change my whole life in 60 days.
Hope to meet you one day.
I came from nothing here's to better days.

I actually sat and reflected about what am I afraid to feel because of a short video of yours I watched recently ….nothing directly came up till the next day from hell when I discovered there’s a lot of things I refuse to feel.
My biggest of the day is I don’t want to feel like a disposable human at my job. Usually my best effort is plenty but trying full force only to see how dispensable I am here is an awful feeling. The Uncertainty of will I have a job tomorrow is a bad feeling…..helplessness, frustration, feeling unliked and unworthy.
It’s a great question to meditate on tho. Knowledge is power and self-awareness is invaluable!

I overshare... and its such a bad anxious habit. And I use to be the depth type but then got re-traumatized and don't know how to enjoy the things I use to... I wasn't like this in my early teens and 20's, it was my late and mid 20's so much shit happened. I want my old energy back.

The venerated Bruce Lee said that more than 50 years ago: Don't be the man who trained 10, 000 kinds of kicks but never mastered one, be the man who trained 1 type of kick 10, 000 times.

So many people I know are miserable jacks of all trades. They don’t know who they are or what they truly want because they have lost their identity by trying to tick ALL the boxes for external approval and validation.

For instance there is a girl at uni I know who volunteers everywhere, tries to play and learn as many instruments and sports as possible, is part of so many clubs, travels everywhere, has thousands of Instagram followers and is “friends” with everyone.

According to society and her social media she is absolutely killing the game…. But she is always so upset, confused and miserable.

This is an amazing scroll-stopper 👏🏾 especially since you spoke from a place of direct experience. This is my 15th & last short for the day 😂

The general concept is thought-provoking as well cause the moment you said, “I do this with friends too, ” it instantly resonated with this.

Personally, I feel as though - yes, I’ve “quit” a few of my passion projects, but almost every single one I’ve substituted with something that was more meaningful and/or harder to achieve.

For instance, I went from learning to box to experimenting with Forex to mastering story writing to ultimately now running a content repurposing service business 😂

There are definitely unfinished sentences within that period, but I think the meaning I project on them dictates my perspective of my journey thus far.

P.S. Idk what possessed me to write this, btw 😂 how it contributes to your content - keep up the great work!
