As a senior, I tend to wake in the middle of the night (you’ll see when you’re older). Every single night when I wake, I tune into those poor men, languishing in that prison. I try to imagine/feel what they are going through and I it hurts my heart. I spiritually/mentally push to send them strength and hope.

All of those who were renditioned to El Salvador need to be brought back to the US to have their Constitutional right to due process. I appreciate that Mr. Garcia's case is extremely serious but all of them had their Consitutional rights violated and that is wrong and the Department of Justice must act speedily to get things right for them.

The legal system does seem to grind slowly. Except when Trump rushes rulings he doesn’t agree with to SCOTUS. I have grave fears that some of these innocent men are no longer with us. And it breaks my heart to think of how afraid they must be. It takes a special kind depravity to show those videos. And yet I fear this is being done to numb and to normalize.

I have a legal mind - but my stomach can not handle the court room - I believe in protecting the Constitution and our Bill of Rights - but I can’t watch it in action …. I can work on cases - but can’t watch the hearings/proceedings - too anxious.
