Please share what you eat after your first 2lbs of non starchy veggies for breakfast? Do you weigh what you eat but most importantly what do you eat for the rest of the day up until you stop at 6pm??? Thank you so much

Thanks for answering my last questions. I have another for you. I know protein is in veggies, are you getting your recommended amount through them? I have weights in my workouts and I’m wondering how I’d feel eating this way and still lifting. You do not have any beans correct?
