I recently completed an 8-week in-person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In this video, I'll share my experience with MBSR, explain what it is, and discuss how it can benefit you, especially if you deal with anxiety or physical pain.

🧘‍♂️ Discover how mindfulness can help you manage stress, reduce inflammation, and improve your overall well-being. I'll provide insights into the various practices we learned, including body scan meditation, mindful eating, and yoga.
