Kolkata Doctor Murder: CJI Chandrachud ‘Shocked’ By CBI’s Disclosure On Kolkata Rape-Murder Case

Kolkata Doctor Murder: During the September 17 Suo Motu hearing on the RG Kar Hospital rape-murder case, the Supreme Court noted that some of the information in the Central Bureau of Investigation's status report was "disturbing."
The CBI provided the details, but the Court declined to release them, citing concerns that doing so might jeopardize the probe.
"What the CBI has disclosed in the report is very troubling, much more so...We are quite concerned about what you are bringing to our attention; the CBI has brought it to our attention. We are personally troubled by what we have read," CJI stated.

CJI also playing in the galary and it is doing safely..! Rape & murder in any place, anywhere in the country, bears the same gravity as happened in RGKAR hospital. The Court is not sensitive for the pending cases where no justice are delivered for those who are falsely implicated and losing the 'Right to live' with dignity.

Who made him CJI ? D Y Chandrachur seems to be not qualified enough to be chief justice of India. How he is selected I think somebody needs to investigate his selection process. Based on the useless argument and discussion and arrogant nature I doubt what will happen to the justice system in India.
