how long do you wait until to put on your foundation after your primer? I'm not really sure haha I also use the maybelline pore eraser but I don't think I'm applying it correctly?

I always use moisturiser instead of primer because it helps the dry area on my skin (I have combination skin), but it didn't help the oily area. If I wear a primer, should I keep wearing moisturiser too?
