I was under the assumption that using an angle grinder on colorbond was not advisable due to the cut heating up and the sparks possibly damaging the coating. Should a cold cut saw, nibbler or shears be a better power option or just plain old snips?

Thanks for the video! Forgive my ignorance but, what does it mean when you say the outer frame is "teked" onto the metal sheeting? and "Tek" the window into place?

Where do you source the window surround parts? I have my window in and it looks un tidy without the surround parts

How do you finish the inside if it's going to be plastered?

Cutting colourbond with a grinder is the worst thing you can do to your ears. Irreparable damage done right there. Please wear hearing protection.
