i love Jeongyeon before her weight gain after her weight gain and after her weight lost. it doesn't matter for me. Jeongyeon is Jeongyeon. Jeongyeon is the reason i even watch anything Twice since i'm just not interested in big names normally. but did she confirmed anything about the hate comment? i'm just tired of kpop fans assuming and piling reason for all bad things to hate comments. Do yall ever stop to think that there are other things idols go through than reading knetz comments all day long? there could be pressure from management(which is the more common cases seen), there could be their own condition/etc. we don't know and there's no need to make things up according to our preferred narrative. sure i've seen shitty comments not just by Knetz but also international kpoppers but kpop fans need to stop being so fixated with hate comments. even with many cases....like unrelated but whenever there's news of death of a celebrity....inetz are quick to confirm the reason as hate comments leading to suicide even when it's a celebrity they don't even know. at this rate....murderers and even culprits behind idols' depression like their management etc. can easily get away because inetz shielding them with 'omg hate comments' like....chill it. unless they confirm it themselves. if you watch Twice predebut show, Jihyo was always talked about for her weight by the people she worked with like the photographer, even JYP, even her mom mentioned abt it. and even Jeongyeon when commented about how she wished Jihyo would be given a chance because other than her weight management she's good at everything and that she knew Jihyo had the mindset to manage her weight. they are people in the industry. they know and accept what they have to do to fit in the standard in their world. Jeongyeon might have been unable to lose weight faster due to her medication but surely she herself wanted to lose weight since she knows the idol world better. so let's just chill it instead of spreading unconfirmed things to drive hate to direction that could even be misleading. at least she's losing weight in a seemingly healthy and slow way rather than drastic amount of weight lost which could mean some unhealthy measures. if people really care about her just support her journey, Jeongyeon isn't a kid guys, she knows what she's doing and she has her members to help and support her. let's not undermine their ability to think what's best for them by screaming hate comments for everything.

I have been through something similar to this too...
My old classmates used to bully me for being fat and short and for not being smart so i would always go home and cry in my room.
The bullying got so bad to the point that i stopped eating and going to school all together.
This made me go from 55kg to 47kg and i used to be just 4 feet and 9 inches but now i am 5 feet and 10 inches which is a huge difference concidering it only took 2 years.
Dont let the haters take control of your life. Instead, you should use the hate as a way to encourage yourself and grow ❤.
