Correct anterior pelvic tilt ("fix your sit") posture by stretching the areas that get tight (your hip flexors and your lower back) and strengthening the areas that get weak (your lower abs and glutes). What if I can't physically get down on my knees like that? Is there something else I can do for my hip flexors? I have rheumatoid disease so getting down on the floor is nearly impossible.
