Milling A HUGE Beech Tree - Alaskan Sawmill

In This Video We Cut Down An Old Beech Tree And Cut Slabs Out Of It's Trunk!

We were in the woods sectioning up some smaller Beech tree's that had fallen over a couple years ago. This is when we noticed that there was a large Beech tree that was still standing but one of the main branch offs had broken off and was leaning off another tree. We decided to fell the tree the rest of the way since it was starting to affect the tree that is was leaning on and a big hazrd. We milling one of the 2 sections that we were able to get out of this tree. Enjoy the video!
