Now I leave as much dead material as possible-roots and top growth right there and plant into it just as you showed and narrated. Thank you for your great teaching and labor saving methods! Timely, I was just thinking of using an oats, peas, vetch, crimson clover mix for the deep compost mulch beds in my front yard; they need a boost and mulch. kinda wish I hadn’t bought all this compost and moved all these chips, i feel as if I just raised my front yard 4in. Yes its pretty noice under the chips. I still need mulch on top of the compost or else it gets too hot and dry. Definitely makes it real hard to move your beds around.

Definetly will rework the Cover cropping for my garden spots in the fall. Set some places for my brassicas and the reat can be cover cropped. Cover crops are so essential and theres so many combonations of it too.
