Jay's analysis is spot on. Players who don't give 100% will be shown the door. Hopefully he will clear out the deadwood and bring in a system where we have players knowing what they are supposed to be doing on the pitch. Watching United under Ole was painful and embarrassing. We now have a manager who will sort out the mess that Ole left behind. The bluffers will be shown the door and hard work and graft and dynamic football will hopefully be what we can look forward to.
