I’m glad you made this, literally it’s so embarrassing but at almost 26 years old I have been on a constant flossing, brushing and waterpik daily so I’m still trying to get down the proper way to floss but lately this has been my issue is just getting those back teeth

I have never floss my teeth, because I thought that flossing is not needed if you brush your teeth. Yesterday I flossed my teeth for the first time. I start to floss my teeth daily from now. Thank you that you opened my eyes

I have learned so much from your videos. I'm 32 and only started flossing last year after having major problems with my gums. I have the hygienist tomorrow and hopefully she will be impressed.

Well thank you so much for sharing
this with us... but I'm a pro when it comes to
Flossing. My dentist told me that If I continue to floss & continue brushing my teeth like I do now, I will have my teeths for the rest of
my life... this was the greatest news that I can get from the professional like he is and I'm so glad I managed to find him.
He is so nice and I actually managed to overcome fear of the dentist office.

This was what I was having trouble with!! I was literally banging my head against the wall trying to shove my string floss into the back of my teeth, and never thought that making my cheeks relax would be the trick. Thanks for the help!!

OMG. That's why it's so hard to floss the back teeth when I open my mouth fully wide. Thanks for this video.

Another tip for flossing, tie the floss in a knot so it's one big loop, makes "holding" the floss a non-issue.

Because of that I use floss picks which are so much easier in getting the job done!

OMG why was I NOT subscribed to you??? Fixed that problem immediately! Ugh I wish I took better care of my teeth when I was younger. I had braces and went regularly until we had to move out of state and I had to get my braces off early because #1 my parents couldn't afford it and #2 the city we moved to was a teeny tiny town in Oregon that would have been really hard to find an Orthodontist. That was back when I was 16, so 20 years ago. Hadn't visited a dentist until I got a really bad tooth infection and at that time, I didn't have insurance and had no money, so they just pulled it and it's been missing ever since (10 years ago).

I've had amazing dental insurance for the last 6 years and never used it. Then, decided one day that ok I should really get the ball rolling and now here I am thousands of dollars later (more than $5k and that's with my amazing insurance!) and I'm still not done. We only did work on the bottom half, which was the worst part, to be fair. I only need two crowns on my back upper teeth and we're done! I opted for a lot of the more expensive crowns/implants/procedures because I want my teeth to look their best and I want this stuff to last as long as possible!

I actually JUST got my implant too!! Let me tell you, it feels so bizarre having a tooth there after having it missing for 10 years. I'm finally starting to get used to it. I hate eating on that side now because after I eat, I feel like I have a lot of food stuck in there, but I mean, I'd rather have a tooth than not have one!

Ok ramble over!! Long story short: PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH AND VISIT A DENTIST REGULARLY!!

thank you so much, a year ago i visited the dentist and he told me i had zero cavities and my teeth were pretty healthy. but currently i have seven flossing cavities and my doctor prescribed me to simply brush my teeth in a circular motion and floss with the C-shape position once for each side of every tooth every night. i’ve been having alot of trouble with flossing but this really helped thank you
