People may not believe me but I used to be a bad addict, practiced witchcraft, and had severe problems with anger. I lashed out and attacked a family member. Something I'm not proud of. They recovered fine but I spent 3 months in jail. I remember my first night looking in a mirror and seeing the face of evil laid over mine. I hit my knees and began to pray. I prayed for 3 hrs crying and pouring my heart out to God asking dor forgiveness when I heard a still peaceful voice say unto me, "Peace my child. You will come through this." It was the most peace and joy I have ever felt on my life as Christ intervened for me. Now I am a drug free, devout Christian, who found the woman God had set aside for me and am engaged to her. In addition I volunteer as a counselor at my church at our Friday Night Addiction Recovery program. Satan will bring you low, but if you put your trust in God you will always be uplifted. That don't mean you wont struggle, but what it does mean is when you do, you have a Father who will guide you. Philippians 4:13

This really hit hard and thinking about how I've lived my entire adult life in rebellion to authority (employer) and even worse towards God and His son Jesus Christ. May He have mercy upon me, please pray for need help

I believe in God. I questioned him the night my sister and the baby died. I even said I was going to stop believing in God. But few days later Him made me realize that He is God and has His ways different from ours. I went to church the next week while leading in worship I cried to Him for mercy and I told Him that I do not understand the reason why both my sister and the baby should die after CS but I will serve Him for eternity and awaits for Him to show me His ways.

Amen to that, I think we as humans were born with a concept of worshiping, and the devil confused us many times and used it against God, even some of our main holidays that we believe is apart of our Christian faith that we keep as generational tradition, example Christians, the sentiment of what it should have been is no longer there, it's all about merchandising, and very little to do with the birth of Christ, even Thanksgiving, and also Easter, as Christians if we don't stay focuses on the words of God, we can be easily deceive.
