Something I would add is with a mass clear type attack on a loaded beach go ahead and smoke the beach, let your troops set up then shock as the smoke clears. I see a lot of inexperienced playera waste shocks while their troops get into place then by the time they fet there it expires and gbe is too expensive for more shocks.
