I switched out my Xbox headset. The first one after about a year had audio issues where the volume side was not working and it was permanently really low volume. The second one i had same problems except that time it was the party chat control. Couldnt hear my party after about a year

Unlike the Ps5 to Ps5 pro and slim this actually has good features like an extra 20hr’s of battery which can mean a lot in the long run and Dolby which is crazy good stuff.

It’s a good upgrade and it’s the same design so people don’t have to worry about the design if the want an upgrade from the old.

I have the wired version of the old hardware but honestly im not mad cause the old one hasn't really worn out for me though I'll admit i would be nice to get that longer mic

does anyone use these for PC? i have a pair of the first gen and they sound horrible on PC . constantly crackling sounds and connectivity issues . sound goes in and out a lot

Ah yes, updating the headphones used for gaming to hear detailed things getting upgrades to the stuff that makes you hear is minor as that isn’t the main focus of the headphones 🤦
